A professional website for your home-service business — built once, priced plainly.
Iron Dragon Technologies designs and builds fixed-scope websites for pool service, landscaping, pressure washing, detailing and cleaning companies anywhere in the United States. One clear price, one page that works on a phone, and none of the cost or complexity of a big agency.
Built for the businesses people search for when something needs doing.
If you run a small home-service company and your current web presence is a Facebook page, a directory listing, or a site from a decade ago, this is built for you.
Pool service
Weekly routes, repairs, openings and closings — and customers who want to know you cover their address.
Landscaping & lawn care
Mowing, cleanups, hardscaping and seasonal work, where photos and a clear service list do the selling.
Pressure washing
Driveways, siding, roofs and commercial lots — a trade that lives or dies on before-and-after clarity.
Mobile detailing
Customers want prices, coverage area and a way to book without a phone tag loop.
Cleaning services
Residential and commercial cleaning, where trust signals and a simple enquiry form matter most.
Run something adjacent — gutters, fencing, tree work, pest control? The same approach applies. Ask.
No account manager, no discovery workshop, no retainer. Just the useful parts of having a professional website.
One clear price, agreed first
You see the total before anything is built. No hourly rate that quietly grows, and no retainer you did not choose.
Built for a phone screen
Most of your customers will find you on a phone, standing in a driveway. The layout, tap targets and phone number are designed for that.
You own what you pay for
At handoff you get your page content, the design files and account access. Leaving is allowed, and nothing is held hostage.
Plain language, no jargon
You will not be sold on 'digital transformation'. You get a page that says what you do, where you work, and how to hire you.
Honest about limits
We do not promise Google rankings or a fixed number of leads. We do the parts that can be checked: titles, speed, mobile layout, working forms.
Ongoing help is optional
Website Care is there if you would rather not touch the site again. It is month to month, and skipping it is a perfectly good choice.
Portfolio
Three demonstration builds.
We are a new company, so there are no client sites to show yet. Instead we build demonstration sites for fictional businesses — clearly labelled as demonstrations — so you can judge the craft before you pay for anything.
A weekly pool-service page for a coastal market: a calm, light layout, a serif headline, and the route and service area given as much weight as the services themselves.
A landscaping page with an editorial rhythm: numbered service rows, wide image bands, a dark section for the seasonal process, and sturdy condensed type that suits outdoor work.
A pressure-washing page built on contrast: white and near-black bands, a heavy geometric sans, big numbers on the service tiles, and one strong blue used only where it has to work.
All three builds are finished and published on the portfolio page. Nothing here represents a past client, a review, or a performance result — the businesses, phone numbers and service areas are invented, and every one of those pages says so at the top.
How it works
From first message to live site, in four steps.
Each step ends with something in writing, so you always know what happens next and what it costs.
01
Tell us about the business
A short conversation by email or phone: what you do, where you work, how customers reach you today, and the one thing your site must do first.
02
Fixed scope and price in writing
We send a plain-language summary of exactly what you get and what it costs. You approve it before any work starts. No hourly surprises later.
03
We build the page
You review a first draft on a private link — on your phone, where most of your customers will see it. You get one reasonable revision round.
04
Launch and handoff
The site goes live, the quote form is tested end to end, and you receive your content and access details. Ongoing updates are optional, not required.
Before you ask
Questions we get asked before starting.
Straight answers, including the ones other studios avoid.
Most builds are completed within about two weeks of receiving your business details and approval of the scope. The two things that usually slow a build down are waiting on content from you and waiting on revision feedback, so the timeline is stated as an estimate, not a guarantee.
Your business name and phone number, a list of the services you offer, the towns or areas you cover, any logo or photos you already own, and how you want enquiries contacted. If you do not have a logo or photos, the site is built with clean typography and layout instead — stock imagery is never passed off as your work.
Yes. At handoff you receive the page content, the design files we used, and the account access for anything set up on your behalf. You are not locked in. If you leave, you take the site with you.
No. The $249 covers design, build, one revision round and launch. Hosting and the domain name live in your own account and are paid by you directly to those providers — we do not resell them or add a markup. That keeps the monthly fee for what it actually is: our time. We will set the site up on your hosting and hand you the keys.
No, and nobody honestly can. What we do is the unglamorous, verifiable part: a proper page title and meta description, clean headings, fast pages, mobile-friendly layout, and a Google Business Profile wired up correctly. Rankings, traffic and leads depend on your market, your competitors and things outside anyone's control.
A change to existing text on a page, or swapping one image for another, or updating a phone number, price or hours. A small update takes us under 20 minutes. A new page, a new section, a layout change or a rewrite of your copy is a project, and it is quoted separately before we start.
No. The Starter Website is a one-time purchase and you can walk away with it. Website Care and Growth Support are optional and month to month — there is no annual contract and it can be cancelled with 30 days' notice.
Yes. $249 one-time for a Starter Website, $39 a month for Website Care and $99 a month for Growth Support are the prices, and the allowances listed on the pricing page are the allowances. What we send you before work begins is a written confirmation of scope: the same price, plus a plain list of what is included for your particular business and when it will be delivered. Nothing on that confirmation costs more than the published price.
Next step
Tell us about the business, and we will tell you what it costs.
A quote request takes a couple of minutes: what you do, where you work, and how customers reach you today. You get a plain-language scope and a fixed price in writing — no obligation, and no sales calls you did not ask for.
